Terms of Service
Last updated: July 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and UGC Drive(“UGC Drive”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They govern your use of ugcdrive.comand our platform that connects technology brands with vetted short-form UGC creators (the “Services”).
By joining our waitlist, applying, creating an account, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. About UGC Drive
UGC Drive is a curated creator marketplace built for digital products — apps, SaaS, AI tools, developer tools, and similar software. Brands publish campaign briefs. Approved creators discover and apply to relevant opportunities. We help both sides match, connect, and collaborate.
UGC Drive facilitates introductions and collaboration on the platform. We do not process payments between brands and creators. Creator pay, deliverables, usage rights, and project terms are agreed directly between the brand and the creator. Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
2. Accounts & eligibility
Age. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Creators. Creator access is invite-only or application-based and requires our review. We look at content quality, relevance for tech products, and public social profiles before approving creators to the network.
Brands. Brands can create accounts to publish campaigns, review applicants, and connect with creators. If you act for a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.
Sign-in uses a passwordless magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure and for activity under your account. Keep your information accurate.
We may accept, decline, or revoke access to maintain quality and protect the network — for example if content quality drops, accounts stay inactive, or these Terms are breached.
3. How matching & connects work
Creators build profiles with social handles, analytics context, niches, and demographic details they choose to share. Brands set campaign preferences so we can surface strong fits.
Profile visibility.Creator profiles are not public directory pages. Brands see applicant profiles in the context of their campaigns. Other creators cannot browse another creator’s full profile.
Connects. Until a brand connects with a creator on a campaign, identifying and contact details may be limited on each side. When a brand connects, we unlock the details both sides need to work together (such as contact information and brand identity). After that, brands and creators collaborate directly outside the platform — including creative direction, revisions, and creator compensation.
Matching. To keep quality high, campaign visibility and ranking may use factors such as niche, location, language, platforms, audience signals, and brand targeting preferences. Brands may set targeting (for example location or gender) when it supports authentic representation for a product or market. Demographic details are never used to deny someone access to the platform itself.
4. Brand terms & pricing
- Brands publish campaigns describing their product, creative needs, and pay offer. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your campaign content and assets.
- Campaigns are reviewed by our team before going live. Review focuses on brief quality and platform fit. We may approve, request edits, decline, or remove a campaign.
- Pricing. There is no monthly subscription. Campaign listings are a flat fee (currently US$99, shown at checkout) and include up to 50 applicants per campaign with unlimited creator connects. For a limited time, your first campaign listing may be free and includes a limited number of connects (currently two); unlocking unlimited connects on that campaign, or publishing additional listings, is charged at the listing fee. Prices and promotional offers may change; the amount at checkout controls.
- Platform fees cover listing and marketplace features only. You pay creators directly at the rate you agree with them.
5. Creator terms
- Creators are independent contractors, not employees or agents of UGC Drive.
- Provide truthful profile information and keep social handles and related details reasonably current. You allow us to use publicly available information about the accounts you list to support vetting and matching.
- You are responsible for the content you create for brands, for clear paid-partnership disclosures where required, and for complying with Instagram, TikTok, and other platform rules.
- You may receive email notifications about campaigns that fit your profile, applications, and connects. Campaign digests, when offered, include an unsubscribe option. Account and security emails needed to operate the Service may still be sent.
6. Payments & refunds
Brand listing and unlock fees are processed by a third-party payment provider. By paying, you also agree to that provider’s terms.
Platform fees are generally non-refundable once a paid listing is active or connects have been unlocked. If we decline a paid campaign during review, we may refund the listing fee. Contact hello@ugcdrive.com if you believe you were charged in error. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
7. Campaigns & brand–creator dealings
Brands are responsible for the campaigns they post. Our review evaluates platform fit and brief quality; it does not replace your own judgment when choosing who to work with.
Disputes about deliverables, timelines, usage rights, or creator pay are between the brand and the creator. UGC Drive is not a party to those arrangements and does not mediate payment between them.
8. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, briefs, assets, and portfolio materials). You grant UGC Drive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process that content to operate and improve the Services and to enable brand–creator matching and connects. The license ends when the content is removed from our systems, except where we must retain copies for legal or accounting reasons.
We will not use your content or likeness in UGC Drive marketing without your prior consent, other than displaying it inside the product as needed (for example a brand logo on a live campaign or a creator photo for applicants on that campaign).
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activity
- Misrepresent your identity, company, audience, or authority
- Scrape, harvest, or misuse profile or contact data, or abuse connects
- Harass, spam, or threaten other users
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Services, or upload malware
- Violate Instagram, TikTok, or other third-party platform terms
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Discrimination based on protected characteristics is prohibited. Demographic information shared on profiles is for authentic representation in marketing — not for unlawful discrimination.
10. Our intellectual property
The Services, including the UGC Drive name, logo, software, and design, are owned by UGC Drive. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as intended. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer the Services without our written permission.
11. Third-party services
The Services work with third-party providers (for example hosting, authentication, email, payments, and public social data tools) and with platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Service changes
We may update, improve, or adjust features as UGC Drive grows. We will try to keep the experience reliable and will communicate material changes to these Terms as described below.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UGC Drive and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or from dealings between brands and creators.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) US$100.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UGC Drive and its operators from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the Services, your content, your dealings with other users, or your breach of these Terms or of third-party rights.
15. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. To delete your account and associated data, email hello@ugcdrive.com.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the platform and its users. Sections that should reasonably survive (including content licenses already used, IP, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights under your local law, courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services. Please contact us first at hello@ugcdrive.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as we add features. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you by email or an in-product notice when practical. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
18. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and UGC Drive regarding the Services. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
